Klein ISD earned an A rating in the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) component of the Texas Education Agency’s 2025 A–F Accountability Ratings and maintained a B overall, rising from an 80 in 2023 to an 86 in 2025.
Since the TEA raised performance standards in 2023, the district has seen a 30% increase in A-rated schools, a 13% increase in B-rated schools, and a 55% decrease in C-rated schools, with no schools rated D or F. All five high schools and all ten intermediate schools earned an A or B, and students across Klein ISD earned 127 academic distinctions, a 37% increase since 2023.

📵 New Electronic Device Policy for 2025–2026 📵
In compliance with Texas State Statute 1481, all personal communication devices must be turned off, out of sight, and stored away from 7:00 AM to 2:35 PM, including class, passing periods, and lunch.
Devices include: cell phones, smart watches, earbuds/AirPods, headphones, tablets, personal computers, and smart glasses.
