89 Klein ISD Students Named THSCA Academic All-State Recipients
89 Klein ISD students have been named Academic All-State Recipients by the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA).
The Academic All-State Award is given to senior students with outstanding GPA, class rank, and SAT/ACT scores. The awards are determined based on scores in all areas, with “elite” given to those with near-perfect scores in all categories. After the “elite” ranking comes the 1st Team, 2nd Team, and Honorable Mention.
"We are extremely proud of our Academic All-State recipients who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in the classroom and their sport this year,” Executive Director of Athletics & Student Services Brandon Baker said. “Their hard work, discipline, and commitment to excellence in athletics and academics set a remarkable example for all students. We applaud their dedication and achievement in representing Klein ISD at the highest level."
Our 89 All-State Recipients include student-athletes, trainers, and managers in Team Tennis, Water Polo, Cross Country, and Volleyball.*
