For your convenience, the Klein Forest Registrars’ Office has moved to a completely virtual system for enrollment, withdrawal and record requests.
ENROLLMENT (New to KISD)
Families new to Klein ISD must complete the online enrollment application on the Klein ISD webpage. Click HERE to access the Skyward New Student Enrollment portal.
Complete applications received for Fall 2022 registration will be reviewed and processed in the order of submission date and time received. Applications submitted without the required documentation will NOT be processed. You will be contacted via email regarding the finalization of enrollment.
The following is a list of required documents that you will need to upload with your application:
- Proof of residency
- Current (within 30 days) light, gas or water bill with the parent/guardian’s name showing the service address
- Lease agreement. Must be accompanied by a current utility bill (within 30 days)
- Earnest Money Contract (utility bill required within 30 days of closing)
- Phone, cable, or other bills will NOT be accepted as proof of residency
- Proof of child’s identity (original birth certificate preferred)
- Current Immunization record
- Parent/Guardian Identification
- Transcript/report cards/records from previous school
- Social Security Card
Once you have submitted your application you will be contacted via email and/or phone by the Registrars’ office when your student(s) enrollment is complete. If you have any questions please email us at [email protected].
There are 5 high schools within Klein ISD. To verify you are zoned to Klein Forest High School, please utilize the Klein ISD Bus Finder site to confirm campus zoning.
WITHDRAWING A STUDENT FROM KISD
Please contact the Registrars’ office withdrawals secretary at [email protected] or call 832-484-4648 to obtain a withdrawal form. Once the form is completed and returned your student will be withdrawn from Klein Forest High School.
Your new school will need a copy of the last report card which you will find in Skyward parent access under portfolio. For a current immunization record please request a copy at [email protected].
All KISD property (laptop, charger, stylus, library books etc.) will need to be returned to Klein Forest High School if withdrawing.
