IMPORTANT STUDENT REMINDERS
- Bring your tablet to school every day, and bring it to every class.
- Make sure your tablet is fully charged when you arrive at school.
- Keep your tablet in the case at all times--even at home.
- Students have 5 days to report any damages or theft to the Repair Center through the Student Work Order System.

- If you need assistance, please complete a helpdesk ticket via Eduphoria.
REPLACEMENT FEES
If a student's accessories are broken, lost or stolen, the student is responsible for the accessory and must pay a replacement fee.

| FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS |
| How do I get a laptop? |
In order to obtain a laptop, the student must (1) complete and submit a Tablet PC form (Espanol) and (2) pay the $65 insurance fee. |
| Is the entire fee due at one time? |
No. Students can pay all at once or they can pay over time according to the following dates:
- October 10, 2018 - $40
- November 10, 2018 - Full Payment
*Please note that if a student request a laptop after any of the deadlines, the total money due will include the missed date.
If a student requests a laptop after November 10, they must pay $65 to receive a device.

| What if my device isn't working properly? |
1. Students should complete a work order request (you must be on campus to access the link).
2. Students should back up their files to their Google Drive or a flash drive.
3. Bring your tablet to the GERC once the repair technicians have sent for you. |
| What does my $65 insurance fee cover? |
The $65 fee covers unintentional damages to laptops and/or accessory failure (e.g. stylus not detected, charger not working, ripped case due to usage). |
