Welcome to Klein ISD. In order to speed up the enrollment process and to assure appropriate placement, please be certain you have the following information with you: |

Proof of residence in the Klein ISD |
A lease agreement, light, water, or gas bill with parent's name and address is acceptable. |
|
|
Telephone bills cannot be accepted |
A rental receipt without the lease agreement is unacceptable. |
|

Registration, opening of school |
| Upper Classmen: high school transcript
Incoming Freshmen: final 8th grade report card |
|
|
Registration, during school year |
| withdrawal form from previous school
most recent report card
high school transcript |
|
|
Proof of identity |
A birth certificate, hospital certificate, passport, adoption record, church baptismal record. |
|
|
Social Security Card |
|
|
|
Immunization records |
